Members of the National Association for Home Care and Hospice (NAHC) and members of the Oregon Association for Home Care (OAHC) are entitled to a 12% discount off the REGULAR price (print or disk versions only) of JEL Health inservices. The remaining NAHC state associations can join this marketing agreement by contacting NAHC.

If you are a member of NAHC or of OAHC, please complete the required information below. We will provide you with a login name and password. You will then be eligible to buy at great discount prices. Joining our newsletter list will make you eligible for special discounts on the PDF format (email version) as well.
